Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol in Clinton, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As an Allied Universal Security Officer at a food production location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine unarmed patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and communicate concerns promptly. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of food production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, and the facility perimeter.
• Monitor access points and report unauthorized activity, suspicious behavior, hazards, and policy violations in accordance with site procedures.
• Document patrol findings, incidents, and security-related activities through clear and accurate reports.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
