TITLE: Owner Services Representative
LOCATION: The Cliff Club at Snowbird
STATUS: Full-time
SCHEDULE: Set schedule, 5 days a week 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
SUMMARY
As an Owner Services Representative for the Cliff Club at Snowbird you will provide high quality service to Cliff Club owners and guests. You will work under the direction of the Cliff Club Manager in the Cliff Club Owner Service’s office.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Responsible for the daily operation of the Cliff Club which includes answering phone calls and email communications, data entry and completion of assigned daily tasks.
Monitor arrivals on Friday and Saturday to ensure smooth check-in and departures.
Effective communication with owners / guest and co-workers regarding owner feedback, comments and requests to promote a high level of service.
Enhance owner / guest experience by providing up to date information regarding resort activities, amenities and events.
Receives owner / guest complaints and resolves disputes.
Processing of owner reservations to ensure accuracy and meet required deadlines.
Works closely with exchange companies to ensure accuracy of owner and exchange reservations.
Processing of owners requests to deposit timeshare usage with exchange companies.
Posts charges and accept payment from owners for services and assessments.
WHAT YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB DONE
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
1 – 2 years of job-specific work experience with demonstrated competence.
Must be reliable and prompt to work.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Requires written communication with owners on personal computer.
Will use Cliff Club property management system and other software programs when resolving guests’ issues and concerns or answering reservations and accounting questions.
May require the ability to apply mathematical skills with a high degree of accuracy.
Requires the ability to use general office equipment.
Requires problem solving and initiation of less clearly defined job activities.
Make relatively complex decisions regarding resolution of customer complaints. Decisions are made within broad procedural guidelines.
WORK SCHEDULE
Five days a week, set schedule, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Must be prepared to stay overnight, if necessary, at occasional times of road closures.
May experience unusual stress from continual work with public, winter conditions, snow night requirements and commuting to/from Snowbird.
General office environment with limited physical activity.
Work is routine in pleasant, comfortable surroundings. General office conditions prevail.
Work is subject to frequent interruptions making continuity and accuracy difficult, frequent exposure to noise.
Must have the ability to interact at any time with guests and other employees in a pleasant manner and maintain good working relationships with others and all departments at Snowbird.
