Supervisor

Position Summary

The Supervisor plays a critical leadership role in the daily operations of Thrillz by supporting Managers, leading Team Members, and ensuring every guest has an exceptional experience. Supervisors are responsible for maintaining operational excellence, enforcing safety standards, coaching employees, and serving as the first point of escalation during their shift.

This role is ideal for someone who leads by example, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys developing others while creating memorable experiences for guests.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development

• Lead, motivate, and support Team Members throughout each shift.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for frontline staff during daily operations.
• Coach employees in real time to reinforce company standards and improve performance.
• Assist with onboarding and training new Team Members.
• Help foster a positive, energetic, and team-oriented culture.
• Recognize outstanding employee performance and address performance concerns professionally.
• Train, mentor, and develop new Team Members to ensure confidence, consistency, and adherence to Thrillz standards.
• Conduct hands-on training across attractions, guest service, safety procedures, and operational expectations.

Guest Experience

• Ensure every guest receives friendly, enthusiastic, and professional service.
• Resolve guest concerns quickly and confidently, escalating when necessary.
• Monitor guest flow throughout the park and proactively address operational bottlenecks.
• Help create a fun, clean, and welcoming environment for all guests.

Operations

• Assist Managers in opening, closing, and daily operational procedures.
• Assign staff positions and adjust coverage throughout the day based on business levels.
• Ensure attractions are staffed appropriately and operating efficiently.
• Monitor cleanliness throughout the facility and ensure all areas meet Thrillz standards.
• Assist with party operations, group events, and special events as needed.
• Complete operational checklists and shift documentation.

Safety

• Enforce all park rules and safety procedures.
• Monitor attractions to ensure guests and employees are following safety guidelines.
• Respond appropriately to incidents and emergencies following company procedures.
• Report safety concerns immediately to management.
• Promote a culture where safety is everyone's responsibility.

Cash Handling & Facility Support

• Assist with POS operations when needed.
• Help monitor inventory and communicate supply needs.
• Support food & beverage operations as business demands.
• Ensure equipment is being used properly and report maintenance issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in hospitality, attractions, entertainment, retail, or food service preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds throughout a shift.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
