Job Description

As a Security Officer Armed Full Time Credential Validation in Boca Raton, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Join Allied Universal in an armed access control role at a premier private club. Monitor entry points, verify credentials, manage visitor access, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. Deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting a welcoming, secure environment through agility, reliability, teamwork, innovation, care, and integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to members, guests, employees, vendors, and/or visitors while carrying out security-related procedures and location-specific policies.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, and maintain accurate entry and exit records.
• Help to deter unauthorized access by observing activity and reporting suspicious behavior or access violations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the clubhouse, amenities, parking areas, and perimeter, noting and reporting security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an armed guard card and/or license.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Have at least six months of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
