As a Screener in a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, you will monitor access points, screen individuals and materials, and support access-control procedures. You will maintain a visible presence, help deter security-related incidents, and provide professional customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific screening procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Screen personnel, visitors, packages, and other authorized items entering designated areas in accordance with established procedures.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials or authorization before permitting entry to restricted operational areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and promptly report concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, access points, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
