About the role
We are seeking a strong and experienced Supply Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end production planning and supply execution across Europe. This role is critical in ensuring reliable product availability while optimizing inventory, capacity, and cost.
You will play a key role in strengthening S&OE rigor, improving planning parameter accuracy, and driving supply agility in a volatile and often disrupted supply environment.
In this role You will
Own production planning across EU sites
Translate demand plans into feasible and optimized production schedules, balancing service, cost, and efficiency.
Own supply readiness within S&OE
Partner with the S&OP Manager to ensure supply plans are robust, constraints are clearly articulated, and scenarios are prepared to enable fast, informed decisions.
Lead crisis & disruption management for supply
Act as the focal point during supply disruptions (e.g., capacity constraints, material shortages, demand surges), assessing impact, defining mitigation actions, and driving rapid cross-functional alignment to protect service and minimize business risk.
Optimize inventory and working capital
Right-size cycle stock, improve production frequency, and reduce excess inventory.
Ensure planning data accuracy
Maintain and continuously improve key planning parameters (lead times, batch sizes, production frequency, constraints) to increase trust in planning outputs.
Drive cross-functional alignment
Act as the key interface between Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Logistics, ensuring clear communication of risks and priorities.
Monitor performance and drive corrective actions
Supervise critical metrics, identify gaps, and lead structured actions to improve service, inventory, and execution stability
What You will need to be successful
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field.
- Advanced degree or equivalent experience and/or APICS CPIM/CSCP certification preferred.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development in supply chain planning, digital transformation, and operational excellence.
- Strong background in production/supply planning in a multi-site environment
- Solid experience in S&OP/S&OE processes and supply execution
- Proven track record in inventory optimization and working capital improvement
- Strong analytical attitude and ability to translate data into decisions
- Experience with sophisticated planning systems, e.g., Kinaxis is preferred.
- Hands-on and accountable for delivery outcomes
- Calm under pressure, able to lead in crisis situations
- Data-driven decision maker with strong business judgment
- Collaborative influencer across functions and geographies
- Continuous improvement attitude, challenging the status quo
- Strong analytical and root-cause problem-solving capabilities.
- Proven track record to manage sophisticated supply chain challenges using data-driven decision-making.
- Skilled in scenario planning, risk assessment, and contingency management.
- Ability to balance service, inventory, cost, and capacity trade-offs.
- Strong systems-thinking approach with an end-to-end supply chain perspective.
- Demonstrated capability to drive continuous improvement and sustainable solutions in a dynamic environment.
