Clinic Director, Physical Therapy Outpatient Clinic, White Plains, NY 125K
Excellent opportunity for a seasoned PT to oversee a clinic in beautiful Westchester, New York. Privately held physical therapy practice with several locations treats all ages in orthopedic rehabilitation. Director of PT is responsible for clinic operations and treating patients within this newer clinic that is growing. Clinic has several Physical Therapists and support staff. Excellent for a Director that enjoys collaboration leading an amazing team. Environment is healthy, friendly and most importantly patient focused. Clinic treats a mixed bag of general, ortho, sports, pre/post-natal and growing pelvic health specialty. Clinic treats 1:1 and has support staff to assist all therapist and avoid burnout. Director works daytime hours offering 4- or 5-day flex-schedule with onboarding process offering a smooth transition into role. For details contact recruiter.
Requires Master's or Doctor's degree from an accredited physical therapy curriculum with NYS license upon start date. Dedication to quality of care, good communication skills and experience orthopedics a plus. Ideal candidate is a seasoned PT with leadership experience. Will consider Lead PT looking for next step.
Compensation up to 125K base depending on experience, performance bonus, relocation and sign on. Profit sharing 401(k) immediate match with potential for partnership/equity buy in.
