Job Description:

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related quantitative field.

• 5–8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related roles.

• Advanced SQL proficiency, including complex query development, data validation, and performance optimization.

• Proficiency in Python or an equivalent analytics/programming language (e.g., R) for data analysis, automation, and reporting.

• Experience with data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and ETL/ELT processes.

• Experience translating business questions into measurable metrics and analytical frameworks.

• Proven ability to communicate insights and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in asset management or financial services.

• Experience with Snowflake and modern cloud-based analytics platforms.

• Experience supporting product analytics, operational analytics, growth analytics, or strategic business initiatives.

• Experience with BI and data visualization tools such as Power BI or equivalent.

• Experience building self-service analytics solutions and executive reporting.
