As a Senior Strategy Analyst, you will provide high-quality strategic advice, performance reporting, analysis, and insights to support executive decision-making. Working across the organisation, you will help strengthen enterprise planning and our performance framework, identify emerging trends and opportunities, and contribute to strategic initiatives that drive organisational success.
You will collaborate with leaders, managers, and specialist teams to ensure performance systems, reporting, and strategic planning processes are effective, fit-for-purpose, and aligned to organisational objectives.
Key Responsibilities;
Lead and continuously improve strategic planning, enterprise performance, and reporting processes.
Analyse internal and external trends to provide insights and support evidence-based decision-making.
Support managers and leaders with performance reporting, analysis, and improvement initiatives.
Identify opportunities to enhance organisational efficiency, effectiveness, and overall performance.
Provide technical expertise, leadership, and coaching, while promoting best practice and innovation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, senior leaders, and external stakeholders.
Deliver high-quality analysis, advice, and reporting, ensuring risks, issues, and opportunities are proactively managed.
Maintain robust information management, governance, and collaborative knowledge-sharing practices to support organisational capability and performance.

To be successful in this role, you will bring;
Proven experience in strategy development, strategic analysis, enterprise planning, or performance management.
Strong knowledge of performance frameworks, systems, and reporting processes.
Experience translating business needs into practical enterprise-wide frameworks and solutions.
A background in economics or previous experience in consulting related (or equivalent) roles would be advantageous.
Demonstrated ability to analyse organisational performance and provide meaningful insights.
Excellent business writing, reporting, and presentation skills.
Experience developing, implementing, and monitoring systems, processes, and performance measures.
Strategic mindset with the ability to see the bigger picture.
Naturally curious, with a desire to understand root causes and emerging opportunities.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
High levels of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Political awareness and sound judgement.
Resilience and composure in a dynamic environment.
