Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of high-quality pizzas according to established recipes and standards.
- Prepare pizza dough, sauces, toppings, and other ingredients from scratch.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all pizza products.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pizza station and kitchen areas.
- Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory management.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Contribute creative ideas for menu development and seasonal specials.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Pizza Chef in the same position.
- Strong knowledge of dough preparation, fermentation, and pizza baking techniques.
- Experience working in hotels, resorts, or high-volume restaurants is preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
