• Pay: Industry Leading Commission-based Pay Plan
• Schedule: Service Hours Monday-Friday 7am-6pm, Saturday 7am-4pm. Role requires flexible schedule with 1 day off during the week and all Sundays off.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and address customer vehicle concerns, verify warranties and service contracts, and develop accurate repair estimates
• Serve as the communication bridge between customers and technicians, ensuring a clear understanding of service needs
• Write and process repair orders (RO), ensuring customer approval and accurate entry into the service database
• Calculate and communicate costs for materials, labor, and deductibles, maintaining transparent customer records
