Summary:
As a Software Development Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various application components to understand their structure and functionality. The role includes designing solutions that meet client requirements, writing and testing code to ensure quality and performance, and maintaining existing software to enhance its capabilities. Collaboration with different teams to integrate multiple components and address any issues is a key part of the daily routine. Continuous improvement of applications through enhancements and development work ensures that client needs are met effectively and efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and resolve technical challenges within projects.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Engineering.
- Experience with data pipeline development and management.
- Strong knowledge of data storage solutions and database technologies.
- Ability to optimize data workflows for performance and scalability.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and distributed computing.
- Competence in scripting and automation to support data processing tasks.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Engineering.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
