About this opportunity

Ensure customer business is executed correctly in SAP ONE, in line with Ericsson Process and Accounting Directives. This includes keeping financial data accurate in SAP and supporting the Fulfilment Assignment Execution Accountable in governing customer business execution.

What you will do

• Drive improvements, clean-up of WIP/RUC (Work in Progress / Reserves for unrealized costs), UB/DR (Unbilled / Deferred Revenue), Rebate, Down Payment
• Drive improvement of Project Finance Accounting control result
• Take ownership of project portfolio to secure quality in accounting and finance
• Ensure CPO (Customer Purchase Order) and contract are registered and secure timely Orders Booked
• Engage with stakeholders to secure input to project set up
• Create One Entry Form and secure approval
• Create & maintain Value Contracts, Down Payments, Sales Orders in SAP
• Create Customer Invoices, Credit Notes and Debit Notes in SAP
• Manage incentives, create & maintain Condition Contract management in SAP
• Validate PoD (Proof of Delivery) for revenue and cost recognition and store PoD in CPOD (PoD repository/system)
• Secure timely and accurate revenue & cost recognition and billing in SAP
• Secure data integrity in revenue and cost, drive data quality by troubleshooting & resolving errors in SAP
• Secure compliance
• Secure regular project governance is in place with business stakeholders
• Provide advice on accounting & challenge balance sheet positions through reviews, secure corrective actions where needed
• Secure timely closure of objects in SAP

You will bring

• Current (1-2 years) working experience in the PFA organization
• Proven track record of financial decision taking
• Bachelor’s degree or similar in finance/accounting related field
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in finance or accounting related area
• Understanding of project finance management
• Proficient Experience in SAP S4 project finance modules towards end customers (QTC-M/CSC/PSF-M)
• Experience with ICAT commenting POD (Proof of Delivery) reviews & Net Sales recognition criteria
• Proven stakeholder management experience
• MS Office experience
• Excellent in English language (speaking & writing)
• Active contribution to a diverse and high-performing team
• Ability to adapt to changes
• Collaboration and communication skills
• Good analytics skills & business understanding
• Self-starting attitude with a strong sense of ownership
