Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Commit to the deployment of GC-wide TD initiatives, providing data consolidation and analytics of training, learning, talent and leadership development activities
- Provide logistical support for training & learning interventions for smooth running, including new hire welcome sessions, corporate leadership programs, GC Learning Circle and other local offerings
- Attend to communication / promotion tasks via different channels, such as newsletter, eMag, Intranet, iShare…
- Help with the purchase processes and gift management across sites
- Take care of other ad hoc tasks, like brainstorming / researching / content development & presentation
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Bachelor degree or above, major in human resources / psychology / social sciences preferred
- Detail-orientated, taking accountability for coordination and administration work
- Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable working with hybrid team
- Good English skills both written and oral
- Proficient in data analysis / AI skills
