Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced finance professional to manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations. The role requires strong expertise in accounting, statutory compliance, financial reporting, MIS, budgeting, and audit coordination to ensure accurate financial management and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Core Accounting & Operations
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and comprehensive financial records.
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial documentation, and internal controls.
- Handle vendor payments, employee expense reimbursements, and cash flow management.
- Perform regular bank, vendor, and ledger reconciliations.
Compliance & Audit Coordination
- Oversee GST compliance, reconciliations, and support statutory filings.
- Manage TDS deductions, reconciliations, and related compliance activities.
- Ensure full compliance with applicable statutory requirements including PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and other regional regulations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and coordinate with internal and external auditors during assignments.
Financial Reporting & Strategy
- Prepare detailed MIS reports, financial statements, and management dashboards.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Identify opportunities to optimize financial processes and improve reporting efficiency.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support broader finance-related requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline. An MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification is an added advantage.
- Experience: 4–6 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Proven Track Record: Hands-on experience in accounting, statutory compliance, MIS reporting, and audit coordination.
- Proficiency in Zoho is mandatory for this role.
