Maintenance Technician

Overview

Lorien Harmony Hall is hiring a Maintenance Technician!Join our team and help ensure our community is safe, functional, and welcoming for residents, staff, and visitors. The Maintenance Technician plays a vital role in supporting the care of our patients by performing proper and safe maintenance, repair, and upkeep of the building and its surfaces, both interior and exterior.

Pay Rate

$18.00-$20.00 per hour

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do: 🛠️

• Complete work and repair orders accurately and in a timely manner

• Perform routine preventive maintenance inside and outside the facility

• Oversee work performed by outside contractors as needed

• Apply carpentry skills when necessary (preferred)

• Use maintenance tools and equipment safely and effectively

• Troubleshoot and perform repairs in plumbing, electrical, and painting tasks

• Demonstrate strong HVAC knowledge or hold relevant certification

• Handle physically demanding tasks as required

• Bring previous maintenance or related experience to support daily operations

Qualifications

• Full-Time
• Schedule: 8:30a-5p 
• Weekend Rotation required (Sat/Sun)
• Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25–50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accomodation.
