Overview
Job Summary
Inspects, report malfunctions, and makes minor repairs to equipment and physical facilities. Assists in construction and renovation projects.
Qualifications
Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:
Education: HS/GED preferred. Technical training in health care environment on equipment and utilities preferred.
Experience: One year experience or comparable combination of education and experience in grounds maintenance preferred.
Additional Skills/Abilities: Knowledge of safety codes. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to use hand and power tools. Ability to use grounds equipment. Ability to maintain records. Ability to complete all documentation requirements. Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain a safe driving record.
