ESSENTIAL CONTRIBUTIONS:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and many other items through dishwasher or by hand.
- Place clean items and equipment in storage areas
- Maintain food prep areas in a clean and orderly fashion.
- Stock supplies such as food, utensils in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, and salad bars.
- Sweep and scrub floors.
- Clean garbage cans and take out waste as needed.
- Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
- Receive and store supplies as needed.
- Special Projects assigned by Back of House Management and General Manager.
Requirements
- Must be able to articulate clear greetings and farewells to Guests, as well as being able to understand requests for assistance.
- A desire to help out where needed and work as part of a team.
- Passion for providing extraordinary service.
- An appetite for learning (and great food).
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
- Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment.
- High School Diploma, or a General Education Degree (GED) is preferred.
- Maricopa County Food Handlers Card required.
- Must possess a current National ServSafe Certification
- Previous experience in a kitchen role is preferred.
