We are seeking a highly experienced Process Efficiency Lead to support regional operational excellence. This role will be based in Warsaw and will be a hybrid position.
As Process Efficiency Lead, you will develop and implement solutions that streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve the quality and productivity of teams across the region. You will partner with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, support strategic initiatives, and drive a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
We will count on you to:
- Review existing processes to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for improvement, and implement changes that enhance operational performance.
- Lead process improvement initiatives from design through delivery, ensuring timely execution and alignment with agreed objectives.
- Apply process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile to develop sustainable solutions that improve quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand workflows, gather insights, and support a culture of continuous improvement across the region.
What you need to have:
- Proven experience leading complex regional projects, ideally within a matrix organization, with a strong record of successful delivery.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and influence effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas and information clearly and persuasively.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decisions and drive process improvements.
- Proficiency in English.

- Experience with RPA or automation technologies that support process efficiency.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies.
- Prior consulting or insurance experience, bringing insight into industry-specific challenges.
