Position Overview:
As a Wellness Concierge, you will help create a warm, welcoming environment for all who enter our Wellness Center. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to juggle a variety of responsibilities efficiently. Morning (First) Shift Thursday through Sunday 6:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
As a Wellness Concierge, you will help create a warm, welcoming environment for all who enter our Wellness Center. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to juggle a variety of responsibilities efficiently. Morning (First) Shift Thursday through Sunday 6:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
Job Duties Include:
- Answer phones and respond to member inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Fob in all members entering the building at the front desk.
- Greet members and guests with a warm and courteous demeanor.
- Provide basic tours of the Wellness Center and its amenities.
- Offer assistance with The Vineyards mobile app.
- Take and maintain janitorial supply inventory.
- Restock the janitor supply closet in the hallway using supplies from the locked salon closet.
- Receive and manage Wellness Center deliveries.
- Monitor and communicate any parking concerns, especially related to handicap accessibility.
- Submit and follow up on maintenance requests (Maintenance X) for main Wellness Center areas.
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A friendly, approachable, and helpful attitude.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to assist members with app-related questions.
- Ability to lift light supplies and manage restocking tasks.
- Dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct.
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
