Standard Work Schedule:

• Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm. MUST be willing to be flexible as jobs may change.  

Position Summary:

The HVAC Sr Service Technician is an important part of the team, as they will assist with all phases and types of new construction jobs.

Position Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and diagnose a variety of service issues.
• Perform repairs, part replacements, and system maintenance.
• Manage materials, schedules, and ensure quality work.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Document work performed and report recurring issues to management.
• Be available for on-call and overtime work as needed.
• Follow all applicable safety guidelines and regulations
• Handle new system start-ups, first-year warranty issues, and service calls.
• Assist with all phases and types of new construction jobs.
• Assist with training service technicians on new services, equipment and issues.
• Available to answer questions from service technicians regarding diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Oversee and/or assist with after-hours calls as needed.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Required: 5+ years’ service experience.
• Required: 8+ years of HVAC Industry experience
• Required: High School diploma or GED.
• Required: Valid driver’s license.
• Preferred: EPA Certification a plus.
• Preferred: New construction experience a plus. 

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to adhere to large amounts of standing, walking, bending, squatting, sitting, and lifting.
• Must be able to pick up, lift, carry and move up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions (including heat, rain, cold and wind) while wearing appropriate PPE.
