Job Description

Recruitment Consultant | Business Support (Permanent Recruitment)

Location: 2nd Floor, 5 Station Street, London, E15 1DA
Salary: £31,500 to £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus uncapped bonus potential
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Full time, Permanent
Hybrid working: 3 days in the office and 2 days from home following your induction period

We're looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our successful Stratford office, specialising in permanent Business Support recruitment across Stratford and the surrounding areas.

This is an exciting opportunity to build a specialist desk, develop long term client partnerships and connect talented professionals with rewarding career opportunities. What You'll Be Doing

  • Building and developing relationships with businesses across Stratford and the surrounding areas
  • Generating new business opportunities and growing existing client accounts
  • Taking detailed job briefs and providing tailored recruitment solutions
  • Sourcing, attracting and engaging high calibre Business Support professionals
  • Managing the full permanent recruitment process from vacancy through to placement
  • Conducting candidate interviews and providing consultative support throughout the hiring process
  • Completing compliance checks, including right to work and references
  • Delivering an exceptional experience for both clients and candidates

Who We're Looking For

  • Previous agency recruitment experience, ideally within Business Support or a related professional services sector
  • Strong business development and relationship building skills
  • A confident communicator who enjoys building lasting relationships
  • Driven, resilient and motivated to succeed in a fast paced, target driven environment
  • Organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Passionate about delivering excellent service to both clients and candidates
