Winco Windows is currently looking to hire a full-time Order Entry Specialist.
The successful applicant will be able to:

- Receive and review Requests for Quotes received from Sales Rep.
- Produce an accurate and timely Quote.
- Work with Internal and External sources to obtain missing information.
- Meet deadlines and stay focused on multiple jobs in a fast-paced work environment.
- Have the ability to clearly communicate with co-workers and sales representatives to resolve issues.
- Ensure any changes are documented and proper signatures are obtained.
- Ensure all job information is received and entered into the system accurately.
- Other duties as directed by the Estimating Manager.
Requirements:
- Good math aptitude.
- Detail-oriented.
- Computer literate in a windows based environment (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, need to work on and track multiple jobs in a fast-paced work environment.
- Be able to effectively work with both internal and external contacts.
- Able to work independently as well as be a team player.
- Positive attitude.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Ability to read architectural drawings, blueprints, or take-offs.
- Window or construction experience is a plus.
- Associate’s degree preferred or related work experience.
- Customer service experience is a plus.
Education:
- Associate’s degree preferred or related work experience.

- This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
- This is a full-time position.
- Non-Exempt with no supervisory responsibility.
- Hours of work and days are Monday through Friday 8 hours per day.
- Overtime as needed.
Working Conditions:
- This position is an office position with no travel or fieldwork.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- This position has no supervisory duties.
