Salary: R30000 + Commission (on-target earnings)

About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and dedicated German-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their dynamic team. The role is centred around generating and qualifying leads, engaging with C-suite executives, and scheduling appointments for Account Executives.

Key Responsibilities

• Make 50–60 quality calls per day to prospective clients

• Generate and qualify leads that meet ideal customer profiles

• Book a minimum of four qualified appointments per week

• Maintain detailed records in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)

• Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop effective outbound strategies

Requirements

• Fluency in German and strong proficiency in English

• 2+ years of proven experience in sales or telemarketing

• Comfortable engaging with senior executives

• Ability to manage time and priorities across multiple accounts

• Reliable access to high-speed internet

• Familiarity with CRM systems and cloud-based tools
