We are looking for a QA/QC professional with a comprehensive vision, a strong sense of responsibility, and proven technical experience in industrial electrical projects. This role is essential to ensure that construction processes meet the highest quality standards and applicable regulations, delivering complete, safe, and contract-compliant outcomes.

Role Description
We are looking for a QA/QC professional with a comprehensive vision, a strong sense of responsibility, and proven technical experience in industrial electrical projects. This role is essential to ensure that construction processes meet the highest quality standards and applicable regulations, delivering complete, safe, and contract-compliant outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality assurance and control plans in accordance with national and international standards (CFE, NOM, IEC).
- Verify materials, installation procedures, testing, and construction records.
- Conduct daily technical inspections and generate photographic and documentary reports.
- Raise and manage NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and coordinate corrective actions.
- Supervise the execution of technical tests (megger, TTR, insulation resistance, dielectric tests, etc.).
- Actively participate in progress meetings and present technical and quality information at the executive level.
- Manage the technical and documentary closure of projects.
- Work jointly with planning, supervision, and PMO to ensure timely and proper deliverables.
- Represent the company during audits, inspections, or reviews by the client or authorities.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as QA/QC in industrial projects, especially in high/medium voltage substations and transmission lines.
- Deep knowledge of quality standards applicable to the Mexican energy sector (CFE, NOM).
- Excellent documentation, record control, and executive reporting skills.
- Bilingual (Spanish and English), both verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work under pressure with a strong results-oriented approach.
- Structured, organized, self-directed individual with skills for resolving technical conflicts.
Desirable:
- Certifications in QA/QC, ISO 9001, PMP, or similar.
- Knowledge of digital quality control tools and collaborative platforms.
- Training or experience in LEAN Construction, Scrum, or other agile methodologies.
- Previous experience with CFE projects.
- Residency in Querétaro or willingness to relocate.
