Product Sales Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop an effective Motion producst sales strategy within the Peruvian market and maintain it, to improve ABB’s market penetration and realize growth aspirations. Each day, you will define, plan, lead, and ensure the execution of sales strategy to achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets for products, systems, and/or services to ensure sustainable order growth, revenue, profitability, market share, sales productivity, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by leading, developing, and coaching the Sales organization (other sales managers and sales specialists within scope) to achieve the sales targets, through high performance.

The work model for the role is: hybrid

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Anticipating and identifying the shortfalls in performance and takes appropriate remedial actions, proactively.

• Identifying and evaluating new opportunities with existing and potential customers, determines plans for implementation, and allocates required resources.

• Planning and executing customer surveys and acts on the survey results to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.

• Participating in the negotiation of key contracts.

• Degree in Electronic, Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineering.

• You are highly skilled in managing a portfolio of variable speed drives for medium and low voltage, as well as electric motors for low voltage and high power motors

• You have 10 years of experience in commercial roles, including sales, technical sales, or related functions.

• ​You have experience leading sales team.

• You possess an enhanced knowledge of low and medium voltage drives and electrical motor portfolio.

• You are at ease communicating in English.
