Home Care Assistant

Burleys Home Care seeks an compassionate Home Care Assistant to provide personalized day-to-day caregiving assistance to clients in their homes. The successful candidate will be a reliable and trustworthy individual who can provide exceptional service to our clients and be a source of joy and comfort in their daily lives. Responsibilities and Duties • Provide personal caregiving services, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance• Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support for clients• Assist in meal preparation and feeding• Carry out light housework such as laundry and dishwashing• Administer medication as prescribed• Accompany clients to appointments and social outings• Provide transportation and run errands• Develop and implement individual care plans• Maintain patient records, document events, and communicate with family• Monitor client condition, vital signs, and progress Qualifications and Skills • A valid Driving license• Excellent organisational and communication skills• Demonstrated patience and understanding• Must be able to pass a background check• Caring and empathetic attitude Burleys Home Care is committed to providing its clients with the highest quality of care.
