THE JOB:
A Bell Baggage Handler supports a positive guest experience by providing friendly, efficient luggage handling and customer service. Responsibilities include retrieving luggage from belt systems, organizing bags by tag numbers, assisting hotel groups with luggage transport, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. The role focuses on delivering attentive service and creating memorable guest interactions throughout their stay.
THE STARTING RATE: $18.2827 Hourly
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Work the baggage compound by retrieving bags from the belt systems, placing them into the proper grids based on luggage tag numbers until they are requested
Bring luggage in or out for Hotel groups
Maintain a clean work area for guests and staff
Provide excellent customer service consistent with the company’s core service standards and brand attributes
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holiday required
6+ Months of Prior relevant guest service experience preferred
