Location: New York, NY (Brooklyn)

Salary: $140,000 – $180,000 + Equity

What You Will Do
- Work directly with customers to understand and map complex operational workflows
- Build and deploy AI-powered automations using the company’s platform
- Develop custom integrations and features to support real-world customer use cases
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Contribute to core product development by identifying and implementing improvements based on customer feedback
- Own deployments end-to-end, from initial scoping to production rollout
- Collaborate closely with founders, product, and engineering teams to shape product direction
- Operate across both implementation and engineering, bridging product and customer needs
Ideal Candidate Background
- 0–3 years of experience in software engineering or a related technical role
- Strong engineering fundamentals (data structures, systems thinking, and problem-solving)
- Experience building backend systems, APIs, or integrations
- Ability to break down complex problems into structured solutions
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated ownership mindset and ability to deliver outcomes
- Background from a top-tier university or strong technical training
Preferred
- Experience with TypeScript or JavaScript-based systems
- Exposure to AI/LLMs, automation platforms, or workflow systems
- Experience at a high-growth startup or top-tier tech company
- Familiarity with browser automation, APIs, or distributed systems
- Interest in working in customer-facing engineering roles
