Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an potential opportunity for a civilian Orthopedic Foot/Ankle Surgeopn at Naval Medical Center San Diego (NMCSD) in California.
Details:
- Great Patient Population
- Out-Patient Clinic
- Monday through Friday, between the hours of 0700 – 1600 hours, weekend and holidays.
- Shifts provided between Monday through Friday will normally be scheduled for 8-hour period, not including an uncompensated 30-minute lunch break
- In no instance will the Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) HCW be required to provide services more than 80 hours per two-week period
- No nights, No weekends, No holidays
- Call responsibilities include a minimum of two (2) overnight call shifts per month, and one (1) weekend call shift every three (3) months.
- Overnight call coverage is defined as on-call availability from 1600 to 0700 the following morning.
- Weekend call coverage is defined as continuous on-call availability from 0700 Friday through 0700 Monday. Following weekend call, the contractor shall provide post-call coverage on Monday from 0700 to 1600 to address any operative cases generated during the call period and to complete required clinical documentation and administrative duties.
Overage hours not to exceed 10 hours monthly with a maximum of 120 annual hours.
Job Requirements:
The Position will have the following requirements:
- Board Certified
- Any State License
- Successful Completion of an Orthopedic Surgery residency program and a Fellowship in Foot and Ankle
- 24 months of experience in the past 36 months (Residency training can be Included)
- BLS, ACLS
- Salary to be determined but around $275-$285hr
