Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking Dietitian Nutritionists to join our team at North Memorial Health - Robbinsdale Hospital in Robbinsdale, MN.  North Memorial is a highly recognized 500+ bed hospital with a Level I Trauma Center.  Additional services include ICU, Cancer Center, Heart and Vascular Care, Outpatient and Family Birth Center. These opportunities are ideal for both a new Dietitian, as well as a RD looking to expand their clinical skills: 

• Fulltime - Inpatient and Outpatient 
• Fulltime - Inpatient

What You'll Do

• Provide nutrition care to patients in a variety of inpatient and critical care units, as well as Outpatient;
• Have order writing privileges to practice at full dietetic scope;
• Provide education for healthcare team members, patients and family members;
• Participate quality improvement projects and initiatives as part of the clinical team;
• Work occasional weekends as part of the team rotation;
• Precept dietetic interns

What You Bring

• Registered Dietitian credentials and are licensed in Minnesota;
• Prior clinical experience in an acute care setting;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Good time management and organizational skills and are self-directed; and
• The ability to work well with multidisciplinary team including physicians, nursing, and ancillary staff.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement:

Master's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) 

For those eligible for the registration exam prior to 1/1/24:

Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) 

 

Credentials Requirement:

Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire.  In some states and/or facilities the RD/RDN credentials is required at the time of hireCertification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice.
