WHAT YOU WILL DO (YOUR MISSION)

At Cambridge Air Solutions ("CAS"), you will have an opportunity to revolutionize indoor air solutions to improve the lives and health of hard-working individuals within manufacturing and distribution environments.

As an Electrical Technician, you will work side by side on one of our production lines testing and wiring direct fire gas heaters based off our production schedule. This is a great position for someone who is looking to get their foot in the door at a manufacturing company with an awesome culture.

Highlights:

• 4 ten hour shifts per week
• First Shift: Monday - Thursday 5:00 am to 3:30 pm
• Friday shift is considered overtime (time and half) after 40 hours and will be opened up depending on production schedule.
• Work in a temperature-controlled, air-conditioned facility that ensures a comfortable working environment year-round.
• Birthday day off, Holidays, Paid time off between Christmas and New Years, PTO (beginning day one)

WHO YOU ARE (WHAT QUALIFIES YOU FOR THIS MISSION)

• Associate degree, technical certification, trade school training in an electrical field, or equivalent work experience preferred 
• 3-6  years of manufacturing experience focused on electrical assembly, test, and troubleshooting

Compensation for this position includes a competitive base wage and annual uncapped profit based bonus plan tied to company goals and profitability. CAS offers competitive medical, dental, vision insurance; paid time off; paid holidays; and a 401k plan.
