What You Will Be Doing
- Handle personal injury litigation cases end-to-end, with strong focus on trial
- Act as first-chair trial attorney in PI cases
- Meet with clients to:
- Discuss case strategy
- Build trust and provide guidance
- Evaluate claims, damages, and legal strategy
- Communicate with insurance carriers on:
- Claims
- Demands
- Settlement negotiations
- Prepare cases for trial, including:
- Discovery
- Depositions
- Motions
- Trial strategy and execution
- Drive favorable verdicts and settlements
- Maintain consistent client communication and updates
- Work independently while collaborating with internal teams
Experience You Will Need
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- 5–10 years of Plaintiff Personal Injury experience (required)
- Minimum 5 PI jury trials as First Chair (mandatory)
- Licensed and in good standing with the Georgia Bar
- Strong background in:
- Trial litigation
- Case evaluation
- Negotiation and settlements
- Proven ability to manage cases independently through trial
Skill Matrix
Must-Have:
