Learn more at americanbuildit.com We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Construction Foreman with strong experience in concrete to join our team.  Job Description: As a Construction Foreman, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing construction projects, particularly those involving concrete work. You will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and trade skills, the ability to operate heavy equipment, and the capability to read and interpret construction plans.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.Oversee and manage concrete work for various projects, including government, commercial, and residential.Organize and direct the work of construction crews, ensuring efficient use of materials and labor.Operate heavy equipment as needed, ensuring safe and effective use.Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate project execution.Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members.Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during construction, making adjustments as necessary.Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met.Qualifications:Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.Proven experience as a Construction Foreman, with a strong focus on concrete work.Excellent organizational and trade skills.Ability to operate heavy equipment and perform hands-on work as needed.Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans and blueprints.Strong leadership and communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.Salary: between 65K-135k depending on experience.If you meet the above qualifications and are ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role, we would love to hear from you.
