Description
Requirements:
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision, including planning parent engagement events on a term basis, managing parent ambassadors, analysing complaints and withdrawal cases, and providing recommendations to improve parent satisfaction and retention.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders (e.g. parents).
- Good understanding of school systems, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle issues calmly while providing practical solutions.
- Mature, professional, and able to manage sensitive situations with discretion.
