What You'll Do
As a Family Law Paralegal, you'll play a critical role in supporting attorneys and clients throughout all stages of family law matters, including:
- Divorce and legal separation
- Child custody and parenting time disputes
- Child support matters
- Spousal maintenance/alimony
- Post-decree modifications
- Domestic abuse and Order for Protection matters
- Mediation and settlement preparation
- Litigation and trial preparation
