Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician in Lake Station, Indiana.
POSITION OVERVIEW
• Outpatient Family Medicine role providing comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages within collaborative community-focused healthcare environment
• Predictable weekday outpatient structure supporting provider stability and work-life balance
• Opportunity to serve diverse patient populations within team-based care model
• Manageable outpatient pace averaging approximately 2-3 patients per hour
• Strong administrative support structure allowing physicians to focus on patient care instead of operational burden
COMPENSATION
• Base salary: $230,000-$270,000 annually
• HRSA student loan repayment eligibility
• Relocation assistance available case-by-case
SCHEDULE
• Predictable weekday outpatient schedule
• Outpatient-only clinical environment
• No inpatient responsibilities noted
ROLE
• Provide outpatient Family Medicine care for adult and pediatric patient populations
• Deliver preventive care and chronic disease management
• Maintain continuity of care within primary care setting
• Collaborate within interdisciplinary team-based care environment
• Support underserved and diverse patient populations
