About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Manager, Treasury Processing Centre to join our team at RHB Banking Group. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end Treasury processing activities, ensuring timely and accurate settlement of Treasury trades while maintaining strong operational controls. You will play a key role in enhancing efficiency, managing risks, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the Treasury operations function.
What you will be doing
Process and settle all Treasury trades in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring adherence to internal procedures and market standards
Manage all day-to-day Treasury activities to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and strong controls that minimize operational risks and losses
Proactively escalate, follow up, and resolve operational issues promptly
Participate in projects including bank-wide initiatives, process improvement efforts, change requests, UAT testing, and BCP activities
Support audit, compliance, and risk assessment reviews by collating relevant data and preparing required reports
Perform regular MIS reporting and ensure data accuracy and completeness
Demonstrate strong communication and email management skills, responding to queries promptly and professionally
Maintain and update operational manuals to ensure accuracy and readiness for internal publication
Ensure full compliance with the bank’s policies and guidelines, particularly in cash-handling and operational practices
Foster a collaborative team environment and contribute actively to achieving shared objectives
Uphold high standards of customer service and promote service excellence within the team
What we're looking for
Minimum 4–7 years of relevant experience in Treasury operations, banking operations, or financial services
Strong knowledge of Treasury products, trade lifecycle, and settlement processes
Good planning, coordination, and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Proactive, driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and risk management practices.
