· Verifies application data meets underwriting guidelines
· Work with Loan officers on follow up of loan files
· Review credit report, assess income/asset/previous credit history to determine risk
· Review the collateral information, real estate appraisals
· Reviews title commitment
· Update any additional loan information into Mortgage Builder
· Communicates with all parties involved in loan
· Complete pre closing credit reports
· Verifies that file is accurate and ready for closing
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years underwriting experience
