Overview
The Wireless Sales Specialist provides personalized customer service to help customers find the wireless products and services they need. Key responsibilities include facilitating retail sales of cellular phones, tablets, watches and other devices along with wireless services, creating additional sales opportunities through marketing campaigns and community events, contacting current customers for additional sales, developing knowledge of wireless products and services, and handling daily store operations such as opening/closing, inventory control, and cash management. The position requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, motivation to learn and grow, technology aptitude, ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends, and ability to lift 50lbs. The compensation includes a base rate of $14.00 per hour plus uncapped commission potential with average earnings of $19.00 per hour.
