As a Medical Assistant at Piedmont Urgent Care, you'll be integral to patient care and clinic operations in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include preparing patients for exams, taking vital signs, documenting patient history in EMR systems, collecting lab specimens, administering medications and injections, performing clinical procedures, and supporting occupational medicine services. The position requires completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program, proficiency in clinical procedures, and experience with EMR software (EPIC preferred). The schedule is full-time with 3-day/12-hour shifts (8 AM - 8 PM), no overnight shifts, weekends, or holidays required.
