Description
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including:
- Bathing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
- Dressing and toileting.
- Mobility and transfers.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
- Perform light housekeeping duties:
- Laundry.
- Cleaning.
- Organizing.
- Help with medication reminders (no administration unless authorized).
- Accompany clients to appointments or errands (if required).
- Monitor and report changes in client condition to the supervisor.
- Maintain accurate documentation and time records (EVV if applicable).
