About the role:

This role will suit an Associate or Senior Associate who is confident across Wills & Estates and ready to step into a role with more ownership.

• Work across estate planning, including wills, enduring powers of attorney, appointments of enduring guardian and succession advice.
• Manage deceased estate matters, including probate, letters of administration and estate distribution (with the ideal candidate being able to take the lead on these matters going forward)
• Assist with some trust-related advice, including trust structures, succession issues and related estate planning considerations.
• Some contested estates focus.
• Guide junior lawyers and contribute to growing the practice.

The ideal candidate:

• 4+ years PQE practicing in Wills & Estates.
• Confident across estate planning and deceased estate administration.
• Able to manage files autonomously.
• Strong client management skills and a practical, calm approach.
• Interested in growing into a lead role across deceased estate matters.
