Overview
As a Relationship Banker at Mabrey Bank, you'll do more than process transactions - you'll build lasting relationships and help customers reach their financial goals. Your responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service in both personal banking and teller transactions, assisting customers with deposits, withdrawals, account openings, and loan inquiries, educating customers on banking products and digital tools, and building strong customer relationships through proactive communication. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, with previous customer service, sales, or cash-handling experience preferred. You'll work Monday through Friday (8:15am-5:00pm) with rotating Saturdays (9:00am-12:00pm).
