This position reports to:
Distribution Center Operations Manager__
Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)
As a Warehouse Logistics Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient material flow between the warehouse and the electric motor modification line while supporting and developing warehouse operations and processes. You will monitor warehouse and production activities, support the achievement of operational targets, and implement improvements that enhance efficiency and ensure continuity of production processes.

You will be mainly accountable for:
- Oversee warehouse and materials management operations to ensure their effective and efficient execution.
- Ensure uninterrupted material supply to production and efficient material flow between warehouse and production areas.
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock availability.
- Analyze and resolve inventory discrepancies and participate in inventory counts.
- Prepare reports, analyses, and KPIs to support operational decision-making.
- Support and further develop processes within SAP MM and SAP WM systems.
- Develop and maintain procedures and process documentation.
- Initiate and implement improvements in line with Lean Manufacturing principles and quality and health & safety standards.
Qualifications for the role
- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or materials management within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control processes.
- Hands-on experience with SAP MM and SAP WM.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, and KPI management.
- Ability to optimize processes and solve operational challenges.
- Good command of English, enabling effective collaboration in an international environment.
- Strong analytical skills, independence, accountability, and the ability to collaborate effectively across different functions.
