Description
We don’t always know what we’re missing until it walks through the door (or lands in our inbox).
If you don’t see an open position that fits your exact skillset, but you’re convinced you’d make a huge impact here, we want to hear from you anyway. We are always looking for smart, event-passionate and driven people to join our team.
## Tasks
**You Are:**
- **A Problem Solver:** You see friction and fix it.
- **Proactive:** You don't wait for permission to make things better.
- **Passionate About What We Do:** You care about our vision to simplify complex processes, so event managers can focus on creating memorable guest experiences - for you it's not just landing _a_ job.
- **Great at What You Do:** Whether that’s code, design, sales, operations or something we haven't even thought of yet.
## Requirements
**Tell Us:**
- What you’re insanely good at.
- What are you looking to build next in your career?
- Why us? Skip the buzzwords, just tell us what genuinely excites you about our work.
## Benefits
Unlock your full potential in an inspiring and fast-paced environment. We provide the stage; you take the reins.

- **Time to Recharge**: Enjoy 30 days of paid vacation, plus an additional day off for every year of service, giving you plenty of time to rest and recharge.
- **Unique Events**: Events are our DNA. Beyond building great software, we truly enjoy spending time with each other - whether through spontaneous summer swims in the Limmat-river, Friday _Beer um Vier_ drinks, our annual Global Team Event or legendary Christmas parties.
- **Mobility Support:** We contribute toward your public transport pass (öV-Abo) to support convenient and sustainable commuting.
- **Growth Potential**: Thrive in a workplace with flat hierarchies, fast decision-making and an open feedback culture designed to help you continuously develop.

Can't wait to meet you!
