The Role and Impact In this role, you will perform physical design integration of custom GPU designs, including Gfx, Media, and SOC. You will be responsible for layout verification, reviewing designs at various milestones, and providing timely feedback to cross-domain teams such as Floorplan, RDL, PDN, and Clock. Your contributions will ensure high-quality Tape-in results with timely fixes and a correct-by-construction approach, directly impacting the success of Intel's cutting-edge GPU solutions. Key Responsibilities - Perform physical design integration for GPU blocks, including Gfx, Media, and SOC. - Conduct layout verification and reviews at key milestones. - Provide detailed and timely feedback to cross-domain teams, including Floorplan, RDL, PDN, and Clock. - Ensure Tape-in quality with timely fixes and correct-by-construction methodologies. - Collaborate with other teams to achieve design goals and maintain project timelines.Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications - Bachelors degree in a relevant field with 0-1 years of hands-on experience in physical design integration, demonstrated through internships, academic projects, coursework, or hands-on training OR a Masters degree in a relevant field with no prior professional experience. - Proficiency in physical design tools and methodologies, such as layout verification and design rule checks. - Understanding of floorplan, RDL, PDN, and clocking techniques. Preferred Qualifications - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on technical accuracy and attention to detail. - Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with cross-domain teams. - Enthusiasm for contributing to complex design projects and advancing GPU technologies.
