Senior Project Manager DD&T

Your new position 

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead complex projects and digital initiatives across Zealand Pharma. The role is anchored in Business Partnership & Delivery and works as a strategic counterpart to the business where you will translate business needs into digital projects. You will run a hybrid delivery model, using structured project delivery for large builds and agile ways of working for continuous development and data & AI initiatives. Your work will support Zealand’s Metabolic Frontier 2030 ambition. 

We offer exciting responsibilities: 

• Lead and implement complex initiatives across the organization, both GxP-regulated and non-GxP 

• Design and facilitate solutions in close collaboration with Line of Business 

• Co-develop project timelines, milestones and delivery approach with business and suppliers, choosing structured or agile methods to fit the initiative 

• Track actions, decisions and risks, feeding into a single, consolidated view of the DD&T project portfolio 

• Secure delivery of validated, tested and compliant systems in close collaboration with users, System Owners, Process Owners and suppliers 

• Facilitate change management and keep all stakeholders informed throughout the projects 

Your profile 

As a person you are a credible digital leader who builds trust with the business and with suppliers alike. It comes naturally to see and execute on Zealand Business needs and making sure our supplier understand Zealand needs. As a facilitator you bring people together, create clarity and drive progress. You are comfortable switching between structured and agile approaches. 

• Significant experience managing complex digital solutions across the value chain 

• Experience delivering and managing digital initiatives in the life science industry 

• Certification in project management and agile methodologies is preferred 

• Excellent stakeholder management skills  

• Proven ability to plan and run workshops and processes, and to translate between Zealand business needs and technical or supplier perspectives  

• Business, Bachelor or Master degree within IT and proficiency in English, both verbally and in writing

You will join Business Partnership & Delivery, part of Digital, Data & Technology (DD&T) at Zealand Pharma. The team acts as a dedicated strategic partner to the business units across the value chain and owns the health, coherence and governance of the DD&T project portfolio.
