This internship will be working in our RTX Corporate Supply Chain organization. This role will support cross-functional teams covering multiple business units in aspects of RTX Corporate Operations and Supply Chain.
What You Will Do
The RTX Corporate Supply Chain organization supports product and non-product sourcing, supply chain risk management, performance, analytics, tools, and other strategic initiatives. This role operates in a matrixed organization, supporting processes across the RTX Corporate Supply Chain organization. Responsibilities include supply chain commodity support such as operational and spend analysis, development and execution of sourcing strategies, supplier negotiations, supplier performance management, and business process management.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Operations, or a closely related field and actively enrolled through the duration of the internship.
- Must have a minimum of 60 credits completed prior to starting the internship. (Please submit a copy of your transcripts with your application.)
- Experience with SharePoint, including creating sites, maintaining sites, and controlling permissions.
- Data analytics skills with advanced knowledge and capability in Excel.
- Ability to create Power BI dashboards.
- Experience building apps with Microsoft Power Platform.
Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 3.2 cumulative GPA required.
- Proven experience managing projects, with the ability to adapt to ambiguous situations and deliver measurable results independently.
- Documented success working collaboratively with coworkers from diverse communities and cultures, demonstrating adaptability to various work and conflict resolution styles.
- Foundational knowledge of supply chain principles

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
