Compensation
- $23–$26 per hour, depending on experience.
This is a remote position that requires the selected candidate to report to our East Phoenix office once a week. Candidates must reside in the Phoenix, Arizona area to be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Post and apply payments and make necessary account adjustments.
- Review accounts and apply accurate, detailed account notes.
- Process patient statements and insurance appeals.
- Run and review accounts receivable reports.
- Research outstanding account balances and identify appropriate follow-up.
- Assist with resolving billing and payment discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date account information.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of dental industry experience required.
- Previous dental billing and accounts receivable experience required.
- Experience with Eaglesoft software is required.
- Experience with additional dental software systems, including Open Dental or Sensei, is a plus.
- Strong understanding of dental accounts receivable, payments, adjustments, statements, and appeals.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple accounts, tasks, and priorities.
- Must reside in the Phoenix, Arizona area and be able to report to the East Phoenix office once per week.
